The Ambitious Group Launches the 2023 Property Industry Salary & Benefits Report

The Ambitious Group, the long standing Recruitment Specialists to both the Property & Conveyancing sectors, have surveyed both the Property and Conveyancing sectors to create a FREE Salary & Benefits Survey, with some interesting findings, including:

• 70% of respondents from the Property sector said that they were underpaid, and of those, 91% said they would consider moving jobs in the next 12 months
• Only 43% of Property sector respondents said they felt valued in the workplace, with only 22% saying that they felt ‘Highly Valued’, with almost all of these respondents in more senior positions within the industry
