What did you do before joining Ambitious Group?

I began my career working at a car insurance and breakdown cover call centre. After realising sales wasn’t for me, I joined a promotional merchandise firm as a Logistics/Order Coordinator. Following a change of mind in where I wanted my career to go, I started Ambitious Group as a Talent Consultant, helping both the surveying and conveyancing department.

Why did you join Ambitious?

Due to the fun and friendly atmosphere created by the recruiters and the benefits Ambitious provide to employees

Can you describe your job in 3 words?

Varied, busy, demanding

What does a typical day look like for you?

Having been promoted to Business Support Manager in January 2023, I spend my days managing the administration side of the business, looking after our relationship with various job boards, and resolving general day to day issues that may occur. I ensure any new processes are followed and assist with queries relating to the CRM, job boards, and much more!

Why do you love the recruitment sector?

Due to the fast pace, my days fly and I’m never bored as there’s always something to do.

My own desire to have a happy and successful life
