I joined in October 2022

What is your career history?

I’ve spent the last 11 years working in the property sector for various estate agencies. Starting off as a junior lettings negotiator, I worked my way up to senior management and head of sales.

Why did you join Ambitious?

After falling out of love somewhat with estate agency, I hadn’t fallen out of love with property. Wanting to branch out and challenge myself further into a different sector within property and having used Ambitious Group for recruitment previously – it seemed like a great fit. A few conversations with Matthew & Robin and here I am.

Describe your job in 3 words:

Rewarding, Fast Paced, Exciting

What does a typical day look like for you?

Helping people find and secure a new role in the property sector. I assist them through the interview process, negotiating the best offer and act as support throughout the whole process.

Why do you love the recruitment and property sectors?

I’ve been brought up in the property world and not one day is the same. Plus it makes lots of money.

What makes you Ambitious?

My daughter. I want to provide the best life for her and my wife.
