At beginning of the year, we chose Saint Michael’s Hospice as our charity of the year. Throughout the year so far we have taken part in many fundraising activities, including a paper airplane competition, a quiz, a golf competition and a bake-off.
Now, we are taking on our biggest challenge yet. The Yorkshire Three Peaks 🥾
On September 17th Sarah Wilkinson, Gemma Morris, Matthew Iles and Ryan Stockwell will be taking on the peaks. They will be hiking Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, walking 24 miles, including 1585m of ascent, in under 12 hours.
Saint Michael's is here for people who need extra support on top of the day-to-day care they receive from GPs, district nurses, hospital teams and nursing home staff. Without the hospice, these people could be left to face the complex issues and forgotten challenges of terminal illness alone. We care for people with a variety of terminal illnesses, including heart failure, respiratory illnesses and neurological conditions; as well as cancer. Your donations are vital in raising the £5million that we spend annually providing this care.

We have a donation target of £400 (£100 each) to hit by 17th September. Any and all support no matter how big or small is massively appreciated and can really help support the hospice.
