In 2019 I decided to step away from Estate Agency and turned to recruiting for the property sector, in this time I have received 2 promotions. As a Managing Consultant, the first part of my day is all about catching up with the team and reviewing what we are all doing, helping with any new or difficult situations and offering advice and assistance where I can. I also bill! So the rest of my day is a mix of client meetings, candidate interviews and coaching my team.
