Headcount grows again internally to 18.

Surveying

Our Surveying department is launched and is immediately inundated with new opportunities.

Growth

Our headcount internally grows to 12 and we double our office space by taking the vacant space directly above. We are able to create a totally sales focussed department.

October 13

New employee benefits

After listening to our employee feedback we introduced new employee benefits including: private healthcare, life insurance and enhanced maternity and paternity leave.

Quarterly Awards

We introduced our internal quarterly awards to reward our team. The awards included: Rising Star, Employee of the Quarter and Top Biller.

Conveyancing

With great success, we launch our specialist Conveyancing department to service our clients’ needs.

Shortlisted at The Negotiator Awards 2019

We are shortlisted as Supplier of the Year at the prestigious Negotiator Awards.

Knaresborough HQ

We move again, and to much larger premises in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, establishing this as our new HQ, where all our office-based staff call home.

Harrogate Office

Our Harrogate office opens, with more space and easy access to our core clients.
