Trainee New Build Sales Advisor – Sheffield
Our clients, an award winning House Builder, are now seeking a Trainee New Build Sales Advisor to join their extremely successful team in the Yorkshire area.
As a Trainee New Build Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting purchasers and guiding them through the specification of properties and assisting them through the purchase and handover process.
Duties
- Ensuring the customers receives an outstanding service and buying experience, you will effectively communicate a consistent brand message
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team, ensuring the development is always presented to a high standard
- Use negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales
- Work closely with third part suppliers including Estate Agents, Surveyors and Lenders, ensuring timely completions
You
- We are seeking a people focussed sales professional for this crucial role, so you must be able to demonstrate an excellent customer service background, along with strong business acumen and a high level of attention to detail
- You will have some experience of property sales and the housebuilding industry and be comfortable working towards targets
- You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own car
On Offer
- Up to £24,000 dependent on experience
- Highly Competitive Monthly Commission and Annual Bonus Scheme
- Thursday & Friday 12pm to 7pm
- Saturday, Sunday & Monday 10am to 5pm
