Duties
- Title check, raise enquiries and report on freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership properties
- Assist Fee Earners with complex sale enquiries
- Provide mentoring to Fee Earners to enhance their knowledge and build their skillset
- Deal with day to day technical queries from the teams
- Assist post completion with any complex or risk matters
- Ensure that you action technical work within internal and external SLAs
You
- Have strong technical skills, working as a Residential Conveyancer within a busy environment
- Ability to title check, to include complex titles such as shared ownership and new build
