Telesales Executive – Manchester

Our client is looking to recruit several Telesales Executives to join their thriving team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers and supporting them to make an informed decision based on their needs.
· Contacting potential or existing group customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts to ensure compliance
· Answering questions about products or the company
· Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
· Process sales in an accurate manner
· Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Keep records of calls and sales
· Delivering key KPIs daily, weekly and monthly targets are met
· Ensure customer service levels are maintained through monitoring and reviews
· Dealing with escalations
· Achieving key income targets
· Achieving conversion rates month on month
· Ensure all service levels are met and exceeded at all times - SLA`s will be set and agreed monthly
· You must have proven experience of telephone sales
· Able to successfully meet your sales quota in a telephone-based role
· You will be an excellent communicator and able to work on your own initiative
· Up to £21,000 salary OTE £30k
· 37.5-hour week, Monday – Friday
