JOB DESCRIPTION

We are on the look-out for a Property Manager who wants a varied role and not be based in the office all day! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager who has experience with Student lets to work within a busy and growing company that boast several awards and accolades. The perks of this role are the day to day variety, 1 in 3 Saturdays and a pool car to save on the miles

The Role

• Dealing with all Landlord and Tenant enquiries relating to the Managed Property Portfolio
• Responsible for the day to day management of a student lettings portfolio made up of around 50 HMO’s
• Drawing up and issuing leases and legal notices
• Instructing approved Contractors where appropriate
• Resolving any Tenant problems in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Conducting periodic property inspections
• Chasing outstanding rent and taking appropriate action
• Managing the move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition
• Informing the Lettings team of current availability
• Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services

The Package

• £22,000 per annum plus a monthly bonus
• Pension
• Monday – Friday with every 3rd Saturday
