Due to continued success, our clients looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join the team at their established branch in Whitley Bay.
This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:
•Negotiating property sales and following them through to completion
•Occasionally carrying out Market Appraisals on Residential Properties and converting them into new instructions for the company
•Conducting accompanied viewings
•Cross-selling and recommending the companies additional products, such as Insurances and Financial Services
•Self-generating your own leads, devising communication strategies, identifying new opportunities and responding in a timely manner to all leads and enquiries
•Keeping a close eye on the local market and competitor activity, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent who can hit the ground running. You must have:
•A strong knowledge of the local property market, including coastal properties
•A minimum of 2 years Estate Agency experience
•Ideally have experience of conducting Valuations, however, full training can be provided
•Highly organised and able to set your own diary
•Well presented, confident and a skilled negotiator at all levels
•A high level of commercial awareness.
•Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
•Up to £20,000pa depending on experience
