Senior Sales Negotiator – North Leeds
We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a multi branch independent Estate Agency, in their North Leeds office. Experience within property is essential as this is a busy office so you will be required to hot the ground running.
Duties
- Effectively manage the property sales process from listing to completion
- You will be required to arrange valuations, discuss our terms of service with the vendor and follow up on valuations to secure the client
- You will prepare all necessary marketing materials for the property e.g., publish brochure, for sale boards, window cards, newspaper advertisements and send Vendor all relevant copies
- You will liaise with the vendor to arrange suitable viewing appointments and co-ordinate accompanied viewers where necessary or carry out viewings as and when required
- Efficiently manage the offer process by communicating all offers for sale in writing to both the vendor and the applicant, assisting in the negotiation process and confirming acceptance in writing once achieved
- You will liaise with contractors and 3rd parties as required by the role to provide a full and efficient service to our clients

- Ability to work to deadlines/targets
- IT skills – with a good knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Ability to accurately communicate data
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience of working in a sales environment
- Knowledge of local area and amenities
On Offer
- Annual salary up to £23,000
- Bonus structure
- Monday to Friday, 8.45- 17:30
- Saturday 9.00 – 16:00, 1 in 2, 1 day in lieu per month for 2 Saturdays worked
