JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Sales Negotiator – South Manchester

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join an established and reputable independent Estate & Lettings Agency who are consistently market leader. The role is for an ambitious individual that enjoys the autonomy of a non-micromanaged environment. A competitive salary, free parking and a great working environment period are just some of the perks to this role.

A hugely successful local Estate agency that boast being the market leader on property sales are looking to recruit the right individual to help maintain and grow the already successful sales department.

 

The Role

  • To sell properties quickly and efficiently
  • Through knowledge of the local area build business reputation through sheer determination to gain as many house exchanges as possible
  • To provide an exceptional customer experience, without question the most important responsibility
  • Book valuation appointments and when possible referrals to the other strains of the business
  • Progression of sales pipeline is a must as you will be exchanging on double figures every month

 

The Person

  • Currently working as a sales negotiator or property consultant
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will already be living in the South Manchester and have a full clean driving license and your own car ideally
