Investment Director – Leeds

Are you an experienced Investment Sales Executive looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Are you looking to earn some real bonus!

If you have a strong Telesales or Investment related or Property background then you need to apply to this today!

Our client is currently recruiting for an Investment Sales Executive to join their expanding team. You will be selling properties into UK investors whilst also building strong relationships with new and existing investors.

The Role

  • To sell UK property investment deals to a mix of new clients and existing investors overseas through a variety of business development activities
  • Hit your quarterly target
  • Calling new leads each day to establish the needs of the investor
  • Keeping up to date on your call backs
  • Holding face to face meetings per week to present our current opportunities
  • Seeking out collaboration partnerships to help promote our Clients and expand your client reach
  • Keeping accurate records on the companies CRM system and updating own activity
  • Sending out reservation forms from the CRM system and checking they are completed correctly
  • Managing and producing reports on your own pipeline
  • Researching and understanding the current UK property market
  • To provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients in order to sell them effectively and ethically
  • Having a thorough understanding of the stock and being able to present detailed presentations on our offerings
  • To support the sales function with any promotional events and shows
  • To respond promptly to enquiries and requests for information by sending out information packs, returning calls and sourcing information to relay back to clients
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing investors
  • To communicate verbally in a clear and precise manner
  • To produce written work and correspondence which is professional, accurate & easily understood
  • Professionally promoting our services in the Sales & lettings business

  • Effective Planning & Organising to deliver work promptly and to a high standard
  • Driven and outcome focused with high levels of resilience and adaptability
  • Team Player able to build long lasting relationships at all levels
  • A self-starter that can manage their own workload and priorities
  • Have a good understanding of the UK property market

 

The Reward

  • £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped extremely generous bonus schemes
  • Monday – Friday
  • NO WEEKENDS
