Senior Lettings Negotiator – Leeds

Duties
- Achieve sales targets and assist others in achievement of targets
- Proactively manage own applicants and mailing list to generate viewings
- Actively pursue new business
- Selling appropriate insurances to Landlords and Tenants
- Maximise income through third party suppliers
- Conduct viewings in highly professional manner out of the office when required
- Booking valuations and check ins
- Receiving and processing applications including referencing
You
- Previous experience in a lettings role
- Full, driving license and own transport
- Valuation experience

- Up to £24,000 basic salary
- £4000 / year car allowance

- 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9:30am – 4:00pm with a day off in lieu
