Secured Lending/Real Estate Solicitor – Altrincham

You’ll be joining a team of around 200 likeminded and supportive colleagues, with offices based in Manchester, Liverpool, and Central London.

Duties
- Reporting on residential and commercial conveyancing matters including title and search reporting in lenders prescribed forms (mostly residential)
- Drafting letters of advice for bridging finance and commercial mortgage/BTL matters and giving face-to-face via (usually via zoom)
- Handle a case load of LTD company clients investing in BTL residential property with the assistance of bridging and commercial/BTL mortgages
- Acting for borrower clients on either a dual or separate representation basis with their chosen lenders
- Eventually you could be asked to assist in drafting lenders standard approved security documentation and preparing reports on title
- Liaising and updating underwriting and progression teams of lenders
You
- At least 1-year PQE within real estate and/or secured lending
- Can be either a Solicitor, CLC or CILEX, will also consider anyone working towards a qualification or qualified by experience
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Experience of using a case management system (The firm use Proclaim)
