Sales Valuer – Woolton

Exciting new role to join one of Liverpool’s highest rated independent Estate and Lettings Agency, who over the years have built up an enviable reputation based upon the quality of their service.

Duties

• Sourcing New Clients
• Conducting Market Appraisals
• Instructing New Properties
• Offering the absolute highest levels of service to our clients in an ethical and professional manner

You

• At least 12+ months experience in a similar role within the property sector
• A full UK driving licence and access to own a car

On Offer

• £25,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Team commission
• Mileage/fuel allowance

• 37.5 hours over 5 days, between 9am & 6pm Monday-Saturday
