JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Support – Horsforth

If you have amazing customer service skills, find it easy to build rapport with new people and would like an opportunity to get into the property investment sector, then this Sales Support position could be ideal for you.

Duties

  • Dealing with new enquiries and being the first point of contact for these enquiries, to qualify the contact and book them in with the sales team
  • Responding to general customer enquiries by email and/or telephone
  • Providing administrative support to the educational events department
  • Liaising with the finance department regarding delegate memberships
  • Updating delegate profiles and contact information
  • Data input on CRM systems
  • Liaising with the directors PAs to ensure smooth communication within other departments
  • Management of an email inbox and delegating tasks where necessary
  • Supporting other departments and taking tasks as delegated
  • Provide solutions to customer queries and complaints

 

You

  • A good understanding of numbers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident nature
  • Knowledge of Excel and word
  • Good phone manner
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Solution focused attitude to customer service

 

On Offer

  • Annual salary £20,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 20 days annual leave plus all bank holidays
  • Statutory pension
  • Free on road parking (will be free parking when moved to new offices, mid-year)
