JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Negotiator – Leeds

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a busy and growing company where future career opportunities and progression are a real possibility for the right person.

Duties

  • Arranging property photographs, floor plans and EPC
  • Organising viewings with vendors and potential buyers
  • Uploading properties to the property portals and sending out to our investor database
  • Dealing with a large volume of incoming enquiries
  • Negotiating property purchases with buyers/investors
  • Managing your own large caseload of property transactions including liaising with all parties concerned on a regular basis, including vendors, buyers, solicitors, surveyors
  • Updating and maintaining information using the in-house case management system

You

  • Previous experience within Property Sales or Estate Agency
  • Excellent knowledge of the Leeds property market
  • Strong IT knowledge and fully proficient with Word and Excel

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am – 12:00pm / 11:00am – 3:00pm
