Based in Leeds, our client is a young and vibrant independent residential property buying company, with an impressive reputation and a prominent presence.
Due to increased business levels, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Property Sales Negotiator to join the already established team.
•The role involves arranging property photographs, floor plans and EPC.
•Organising viewings with vendors and potential buyers.
•Uploading properties to the property portals and sending out to our investor database.
•Dealing with a large volume of incoming enquiries
•Negotiating property purchases with buyers/investors
•Managing your own large caseload of property transactions including liaising with all parties concerned on a regular basis, including vendors, buyers, solicitors, surveyors and ensuring timely completions
•Updating and maintaining information using the in-house case management system
Professional, with exceptional organisational skills and able to think on your feet, you will already have experience of Property Sales / Estate Agency and must have:
•A minimum of 2 years Property Sales / Estate Agency experience
•Excellent decision making skills
•Strong IT knowledge and fully proficient with Word and Excel
•A confident and professional telephone manner with a high level of attention to detail
•The ability to work within a team, but also alone.
•£18,000pa flexible for the right candidate
•£40,000pa OTE Uncapped
