Our client is an established and well-known West Yorkshire Estate Agency with a number of branches across the area.
Working in Residential Sales, this leading independent Estate Agency enjoys an enviable reputation. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to work as part of an established team in their busy Head Office.
•Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties.
•Booking property valuations.
•Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers.
•Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.
•Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
•Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services.
•Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
Candidates will already be working as an Estate Agent and have a minimum of one years’ experience and have a strong knowledge of the industry, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the area.

•Salary £17,000 - £21, 000 basic plus commission of around £4,000 per annum
