Sales Negotiator – Didsbury

Duties

• Negotiate sales from offer through to completion
• Arrange and co-ordinate appointments
• Recognise further business potential through property tracking
• Liaise with solicitor and outside companies to ensure smooth progression of sales
• Provide high levels of customer service at all times
• Attain branch and personal targets set
• Attend viewings

You

• Previous experience within Estate Agency is desirable
• Experience within in Customer Service is essential
• A passion for sales and exceeding targets is essential
• Full, clean UK driving licence

On Offer

• Up to £22,000 basic salary
• OTE circa £27,000 uncapped
• Pool car available
• Birthday off!
• Week 1: Mon-Fri (8.30 to 6pm)
• Week 2: Tues-Sat (Tues-Fri 8.30 to 6pm, Sat 8.30 to 5pm)
