JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Manager – Hale

One of the leading Estate Agency groups in the North West are seeking a new Sales Manager to join their team in Hale! With multiple branches already across the North West, this agency is still growing and opening or acquiring new offices which makes it an extremely exciting time to be joining the business!

 

Duties

  • Registration and management of your personal buyers on an electronic database
  • Schedule accompanied viewings in your diary and engage with clients
  • Handle in bound leads which are provided through various property portals
  • Generate and negotiate offers to get sales agreed
  • Successfully progress sales through solicitor and client liaison to enable exchange and completion
  • Management of the sales pipeline
  • Assist the Branch Manager with overseeing management of the team and the office requirements

 

You

  • Wants to join a successful and growing business
  • Has previous sales experience
  • People person with experience of managing a team
  • Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
  • Has a natural selling ability
  • Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
  • Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
  • Has 1 years’ experience in a similar role
