JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Property professional looking for your next big challenge? Are you able to demonstrate a high level of customer service? Are you searching for an exciting opportunity in a supportive company? This Sales and Lettings Negotiator role could be the perfect one for you!

Our client, an established Estate Agency in Newcastle, are delighted to be looking for a highly motivated, pro-active, and organised Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.

Duties

  • Carrying out viewings and following up leads
  • Taking enquiries and booking in relevant properties
  • Negotiating deals between tenants and landlords
  • Being able to efficiently plan own diary to ensure appointments are timely
  • Notifying landlords of lets and feedback
  • Notifying vendors of viewings and feedback
  • Dealing with sign ups and explaining procedures to applicants
  • Taking payments
  • Keeping abreast of the sales and lettings market and the industry in general
    Promoting services on offer

The Person

You will have previous experience working in Property sales/lettings. You must be enthusiastic and have excellent customer service skills. You will be able to meet targets and promote add ons. You will have the ability to work efficiently and independently. You will have good time management skills and be highly organised. You will be used to working under pressure and managing a varied volume of work. You will have a full UK driving licence.

The Reward

  • £National Minimum Wage + OTE
  • Mon to Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm/ 10am - 6.30pm and 1 in 2/ 1 in 3 Saturdays, 10am-2pm or 9am-4pm with a day off in lieu during the week
  • Pool car
  • Immediate start
