An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Admin/ Negotiator to join the Sales team at our busy and successful York head office.
Key responsibilities include:
• Dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face
• Preparation of sale particulars
• Updating and maintaining our database
• Negotiating offers
• Generating new business
• Handling incoming calls to the department
• Providing general administrative support to the team.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in achieving goals, meeting deadlines, and the ability to build relationships. They will have previous administrative experience, be highly organised, and possess strong attention to detail.
Previous experience within an Estate Agents is advantageous but not essential. Above all, the successful candidate will have the drive to succeed and hold a genuine interest in a career within the property sector.
