Our client is an established national Surveying firm, and due to continued success, are now seeking AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS Residential Surveyors.
Duties
A RICS Registered Valuer, you will be home based with travel across the area, with the freedom and flexibility to set your own diary.
- To provide survey and valuation advice direct to the consumer, assisting them in the decision of whether a property is suitable for purchase
- Homebuyer Reports
- Condition Reports
- Valuation Reports
- The first port of call in the risk assessment of properties for secured lending
- Setting and managing your own diary, maximising productivity
You
- Must be a RICS Registered Valuer
- Be an experienced Chartered or Associate Member of the RICS (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
- Be experienced in conducting Residential Surveys for lending purposes
- Need to be able to demonstrate a claims free track record
- Full UK driving license
On Offer
- Basic salary £45k+ (Negotiable depending on experience)
