Residential Surveyor – West Midlands

Duties

• Conducting home buyer reports and building surveys (level 2 and 3)
• Forging excellent relationships with clients and delivering a best-in-class service
• Surveying a wide spectrum of mainly residential properties
• Some valuation work may be required from time to time but is not the main focus of the role

You

• Ideally hold a RICS accredited degree
• MRICS/FRICS qualified. (SAVA route with relevant experience will also be considered)
• A minimum of 5 years PQE
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
