Residential Conveyancer – Cardiff
This is unlike any other Conveyancing position; in this role you will only manage a minimal caseload. Your main priority is to lead and mentor a team of Case Handlers, with only a small caseload of the more complex files, if you wish to ‘keep your hand in’.
The Role
- You will lead a team of Case Handlers; coaching, developing, and supporting your team with their case loads of residential property files
- Manage a small caseload of property files
- Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates
- Build strong relationships, with clients and third parties communicating effectively and delighting them through your delivery
- Use the case management system to process files
The Person
- You must have experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchase
- You will be competent managing transactions from inception through to completion
- Strong communication skills are a must, and you will be able to provide a first-class client focused service by ensuring clear, concise, and regular communication
- You do not need to have experience managing, however this would be desirable
