Residential Building Surveyor - Sheffield or Leeds

Duties
- You will be carrying out full (RICS level 3) surveys and homebuyer (level 2) reports across the Sheffield or Leeds areas, on a wide range of residential properties
- Carrying out in-depth, high-quality surveys in a patch close to your home location
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive, accurate survey reports
- Providing clear, concise, justified conclusions
- Working independently and within a team structure
- Liaising with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence
- Work alongside an excellent admin team, who will carry out most of the report preparation, meaning that you are able to spend time on site rather than behind a desk
You
- The ideal candidate will be MRICS or AssocRICS
- Be confident in carrying out residential building surveys
- Have an eye for detail and a thorough understanding of building pathology, and required repairs and maintenance
- A full UK driving licence is required
