RS Assistant – Salford, Manchester

Duties
- Support the Resident Services team to ensure that Residents receive an excellent service, and the building is maintained and managed efficiently
- Provide a professional and proactive point of contact for all customers (residents) general public, professionals, contractors and other departments
- Provide general administrative duties and support to the onsite RS team to increase resident satisfaction with excellent service delivery
- Operate as a key team member to deliver a customer focused service to drive performance, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Support the RSM in providing administration for the management of site surveys to achieve and maintain an improved NPS score
You
- Demonstrable experience of working in a busy administrative role
- Previous experience working in organisations providing market rent properties, travel & tourism or hospitality
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to adapt to bespoke databases
- Strong written and verbal English and numeracy skills
- Qualifications in Property or customer service would be advantageous

- Annual salary £21,000 dependent on experience
