Our client is looking for Resident Service Agent for prestigious rental accommodation in Newcastle, to work as part of a small team with lone working when shifts fall on a weekend, ensuring that the residents are happy and catered for.
Taking part in supporting the Assistant Manager in organising events and resident engagement
Preparation of a handover to the evening team
Occasional viewings of properties
You must be very customer service driven, professional and have a good understanding of etiquette and boundaries along with being smartly presented. You should have an understanding of software packages, compliance, a knowledge of how to be reactive effectively to emergency procedures and maintenance call out process. A basic understanding of lettings or a desire to learn about lettings legislation would be an advantage. You will be comfortable doing viewings when necessary.
£20K + Quarterly bonus
Shift pattern of 4, 12 hour shifts 7am-7 pm then 4 full days off
