Renewals Administrator – Newcastle
This award-winning FTSE 250 property company require a Renewals Administrator to join the team in Newcastle. Ideally you will have previous experience within Lettings and experience in customer service is essential!

You will be working from brand new offices in Newcastle City Centre and will be joining a business where workplace culture is key!
Duties
- Responsible for processing all administration relating to renewal tenancies and when required change of sharers at renewal/mid-term
- Ensuring QUBE diaries, Salesforce statuses and Tenancy Deposit Scheme are kept up to date and in line with procedures
- Daily monitoring of the incoming calls to the renewals team phoneline, advising customers on the renewal journey and taking/passing on messages for the renewal negotiators
- Checking and updating all right to rent documents in line with legislation and renewals process
- Liaising with customers about their renewal and signing of documents
- Using company templates where appropriate for communicating with customers
- Assisting with chasing applicants to sign agreements
- Exchanging signed agreements with customers including additional documents required by legislation
- Maintaining all administration paperwork and procedures to a high standard and in line with practices and procedures
- Updating the renewal opportunity status on the Salesforce software
- Accurately updating Tenancy Deposit Scheme with changes in tenancy end dates
- Filing all documents onto Docushare or shared drive
- Monitoring and progressing the referencing of tenants and guarantors (when required)
- Sending Agreements to Tenants within agreed timeframes (when required)
- Carrying out and monitoring ‘Right to Rent’ checks for residents as required and uploading documents onto secure location on Docushare
- Any other duties as and when required
You
- Be a strong team player who is self-motivated, industrious, works well under pressure and is comfortable working towards tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work quickly and efficiently
- Previous relevant experience of Lettings industry is desirable
- Computer literate including Microsoft packages, Outlook, Excel & Word
- Detail oriented, able to set priorities and complete simultaneous projects - strong organisational skills are essential
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written & oral at all levels both internally and externally
- Demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong administration experience
- Previous experience working in contracts administration would be an advantage

- £22,000 annual salary
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
