Property Safety Coordinator – Horsforth
New role with one of the leading Estate Agents in the UK, achieved by continually re-investing in the latest ideas, people, systems and software to ensure they remain the leader in both the letting and sales markets.
Duties
- Arrange, organise, chase and update gas safety certificates, boiler services and electrical certificates for over 13,000 properties
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance, keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents
- Schedule monitor and analyse safety checks keeping certificates up to date at all times to ensure our landlords remain complaint with the law
- To schedule monitor and analyse annual safety checks keeping certificates up to date at all times and organising any necessary remedial work promptly
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth running
You
- Experience working in lettings / maintenance
- Knowledge of recent developments in legislation
