The company is a rapidly expanding and successful national agent with an impressive reputation looking to add to their already established Property Management team. Based in Burton upon Trent it is accessible from Stoke, Derby and Loughborough.
· Building relationships with tenants ensuring all enquiries are dealt with regarding any aspect of their tenancy
· Creating and processing renewal tenancy agreements
· Managing the move our process including deposit returns
· Building rapport with and instructing contractors to carry out works as needed
· Managing on going works to ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
· Ensuring tenants are kept updated as to works at all times
You are an experienced Property Manager or Lettings Administrator who loves to rise to a challenge! You have exceptional interpersonal skills as you will be the sole point of contact for your portfolio, taking ownership of renewals, maintenance requirements and moving in or out. You will be confident and able to use your own initiative as well as possessing a willingness to learn.
