JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced  Property Manager - Ilkley
Are you.....

Self motivated and well organised ?  Understand and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings ?
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer care?

To provide a high level of customer service, building relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.

You will be responsible for regular contact with clients throughout the term of the tenancy. Dealing with all maintenance requirements ensuring satisfaction for both tenant and landlord

Principal Responsibilities:
• Liaise on a day to day basis with existing and new customers
• Organise and carry out all internal property inspections and produce landlord reports
• Organise regular inventories and efficient checkouts where appropriate
• Develop relationships with contractors and organise estimates, repairs and maintenance
• Organise gas safety maintenance files for all managed properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors
• Ensure all administration and admin records are completed and maintained
