JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next big opportunity? Are you based in or around Wetherby? With a great basic salary, this Property Manager role could be the one for you!

 

Our client, a provider of private rentals, professional house share and serviced accommodation throughout Yorkshire, is looking for an all-round Property professional, dealing with all aspects of property management and lettings to join them in their office on the outskirts of Wetherby.

 

The Role

 

·       Help manage the property portfolio

·       Liaise on a day to day basis with existing and new customers

·       Carry out viewings

·       Organise and carry out internal property inspections and produce landlord reports

·       Organise and carry out regular inventories and efficient check ins/outs

·       Develop relationships with contractors and organise estimates, repairs and maintenance

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors

·       Ensure all administration and admin records are completed and maintained

·       Deal with all maintenance requirements

 

The Person

 

·       You will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager/ Lettings professional

·       Have a great understand of the lettings process and how a lettings business operates

·       ARLA qualified would be an advantage

·       HMO experience would be an advantage

·       You will be familiar with all legislation and procedures surrounding lettings

·       You will have a strong geographical knowledge of the North Yorkshire area

·       You must hold a clean UK driving licence and have your own car

 

The Reward

 

·       Up to £24,000 basic salary

·       Monday – Friday, 9-5, Saturday rota, 1 in 4

·       Flexible hours available

·       Paid business mileage
