JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full time Property Management Assistant to work within a busy and successful Leeds office.

Joining a vibrant and dynamic team, you will have a keen eye for detail, a proven track record in achieving targets and meeting deadlines; and will have a proactive approach. Possessing some lettings experience or familiarity with the lettings process would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include, conducting inventories, inspections and checkouts, conducting accompanied viewings, and dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face.

Understanding customer needs and negotiating a positive result for all parties is an important aspect of the job. You will actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet their high service expectations by delivering exceptional customer service.
