JOB DESCRIPTION

Our clients now seek a Property Acquisitions Consultant to join their extremely busy and fast paced team.

Based at their Manchester offices, this is a telephone based role, where you will be expected to make large numbers of outbound calls in response to client enquiries – no cold calling!

The Reward

  • £19,000pa to £22,000pa Depending on Experience
  • £40,000pa Realistic OTE Uncapped

The Person

We are seeking a motivated and driven sales focussed individual, with a proven background in sales, able to converse confidently on the phone with potential clients.

  • Be confident and able to close a deal
  • Able to have a real conversation with people – not scripted
  • Ideally possess knowledge of the property sector and the sales process, although this is not essential as we will consider applications from anyone with a strong sales focussed background

The Role

  • Working with clients who are looking to sell their home and discussing the various options open to them
  • Understand each client’s individual needs, demonstrating understanding and empathy at every stage
  • Setting appointments for the field-based Valuation Team to visit residential property
