JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Support - Newcastle

 

Immediate start available!

 

The Role

  •         Organising negotiator diaries and keys each morning
  •         Booking in viewings and appointments for negotiators and other members of the team
  •         Handling tenancy sign ups in the office and electronically
  •         Chasing up application forms and payments
  •         Notifying Landlords of lets and feedback
  •         Notifying vendors of viewings and feedback
  •         Ensuring the smooth coordination of the office
  •         Taking phone calls and messages
  •         Meeting and greeting clients in the office
  •         General administration jobs
  •         Working alongside the Head of Residential for PA tasks where required
  •         Keeping abreast of the sales and Lettings market and the industry in general

The Person

  •         Passionate about delivering customer service
  •         Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
  •         Will ideally have a basic knowledge of the property industry, strong Administrative background will also be considered.
  •         Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied volume of workload
  •         Proficient use of Microsoft office
  •         Excellent verbal and written communication
  •         Knowledge of GDPR and strict adherence to it
  •         Keen attention to detail

The Reward

  •         Minimum wage
  •         Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
  •         1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 5pm WITH day off in lieu during the week
  •        Opportunities to gain qualifications in the industry
  •         20 holidays per annum plus 8 bank holidays
