Our clients, an award winning House Builder, are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their extremely successful team in Hull.
As a Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the running of a residential housing development and achieving the build program in a controlled manner, with a high degree of focus on Health & Safety, Customer Relations, Quality of Build and Commercial Awareness.
- Mentor, grow and develop junior team members
- Achieve set KPIs
- Ensure a high level of site and sales presentation
- Oversee statutory inspections
- Chair contractor meetings
- Create short term programs and planning works
- Ensuring all on-site contractors are coordinated
- Ensure all works are carried out within the prelims and commercial constraints
- Regularly check site progress and quality of works
We are seeking a people focussed and proven Project Manager for this crucial role, so you must be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
- Be forward thinking with excellent people management skills, with a proven track record of teams, specifically Trades
- Be target driven and organised
- Possess strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- You must have residential housebuilding and short-term programming experience
- It is essential that you are accredited by the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), First Aid and Scaffold Awareness Scheme
- You must hold a full UK driving license
The Reward
- £35,000pa to £50,000pa depending on experience
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm
- Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
