- Pattern 1 - Monday - Saturday, 09:00 – 17:30 with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off as a lieu day
- Pattern 2 - Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 18:00
- The above working pattern may vary depending on business needs with plenty of notice given
Duties
- Taking new conveyancing leads and converting those leads to new instructions
- Ensure all leads are logged on the bespoke case management system and all quotes completed in accordance with firm protocols and within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Complete all follow up calls within strict SLA’s
- Advise and assist clients in relation to file opening
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries
- Provide the highest level of customer service to customers and stakeholders at all times
- Deal with balances on account, whether credit or debit, and allocate/bill appropriately
- Be a productive contributor to the team
- Exceed personal targets and KPIs within protocol timeframes
You
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Great customer service skills
- Some sales experience or the ability to sell
- Understanding of the legal conveyancing process desirable
- Excellent telephone and e-mail manner
- Proficient use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook required
- Prior experience of Proclaim Case Management Software would be advantageous
