Marketing Executive – Leeds

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, forward thinking Marketing Executive to join a well-established, privately owned property investment and lettings business in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career, with the potential to develop and grow within the company.

 

The Role

  •         Create Regional Campaigns for specific Developments/Investments, Regions and Investment Types
  •         Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  •         Working with senior management to create a clearly defined marketing strategy, ensuring successful implementation of the agreed strategy, providing regular reports on progress made and any changes required
  •         Deliver effective marketing activity via variety of platforms including Social Media
  •         Supporting business growth through lead generation
  •         Creating engaging communications and content
  •         Manging the companies Social Media Channels and ensuring regular, relevant content is posted
  •         Working with CRM to curate email marketing campaigns
  •         Managing a calendar of events
  •         Analysis and reporting to the senior team
  •         Managing the marketing budget and producing monthly spend and ROI reports
  •         Writing engaging articles to published in business and industry media
  •         Reporting on the company’s online search presence and producing a strategy to increase this
  •         Manage and maintain the departments website
  •         Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

The Person

  •         3 years’ experience in a similar role
  •         Able to prioritise work and comfortably work both independently and as part of a team
  •         Strong work ethic, highly motivated with a willingness to work across several tasks. This is a fast-growing company where new opportunities and demands arise regularly
  •         Experience in property investment, lettings or property management is desirable but not essential
  •         Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, establishing strong relationships
  •         Entrepreneurial with demonstrable commercial acumen
  •         Able to set, meet and exceed targets
  •         Strong effective communicator
  •         Highly independent with a flexible attitude and willingness to commit the time required to get the job done

 

The Reward

  •         Up to £26,000 Depending on Experience
  •         Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
  •         Opportunity to develop and progress within the company
