JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Administrator – Leeds

Perfect opportunity for a Marketing graduate / trainee to join a rapidly growing and successful business based in Leeds. A Marketing Administrator is required to support the vibrant and exciting team.

Duties

·       Log all new sites coming into the business using the Inhouse system

·       Ensure that all contact lists and CRM information is updated

·       Respond to general new site enquiries coming in centrally to the business

·       Supporting the team to identify new sources; research and expanding the database

·       Produce and facilitate a yearly marketing calendar of activity

·       Work with external marketing agency to drive weekly promotions of activity

·       Support the compilation of any reports or recommendation documents on a weekly basis

·       Admin duties associated with the publication of external and internal reports / presentations

You

·       Will be a proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems

·       Must have previous experience within an administration role and knowledge of the marketing process
