We now require a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join the team at this busy Residential Lettings Agency in Horsforth.
This is an integral role within the business, and you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with maintenance issues as reported by tenants
- Identify these reported issues and establish if they can be fixed remotely or of it requires a site visit
- Liaising between Landlords, Tenants and approved maintenance Contractors, gaining consent where necessary
- Ensuring all maintenance and repair works are completed within budget and agreed time frames
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally have some knowledge of general household maintenance issues
- Have an excellent customer service background, with experience of working in a customer focussed environment
- Possess a fantastic attention to detail with great administrative skills
- Be a true problem solver and be able to multi-task
