Lettings Manager – Keighley

Duties
- Increase market share and grow the managed portfolio
- Generate Lettings consultations via new and existing customer leads
- Attend and conduct lettings consultations
- Convert at a minimum of 65% from consultation to instruction
- Manage available stock through to a successful let
- Maximise re lets from existing landlords
- Maximise renewal of tenancy agreements
- Keep in regular contact with existing landlords to update with legislation, market conditions and ensure our service is satisfactory
- Liaise with our property management centre and promote a positive working relationship
You
- You must have previous Lettings Agency experience
- You will have a full clean driving license
- Ability to hit targets and deliver outstanding results

- Up to £29,000 basic package (inc car allowance)
- OTE circa £40,000
