We are a growing and successful national agent with an impressive reputation and now opening a new branch in Birmingham City Centre. If you are an experienced Lettings Manager looking for the security of a large agency with superb training, then this could be the role for you!
What will you be doing?
· In your role as Lettings Manager you will manage the day to day running of a busy Lettings Department, working closely with your team to ensure targets are met.
· Mentoring and training your team and ensuring all lettings compliance is adhered to.
· Carry out lettings valuations.
· As Lettings Manager you will identify new opportunities and business generation methods.
As Lettings Manager you will have previous experience in management in a Lettings Environment as well as a proven track record in valuations and building new business. You will hold a full UK driving licence and a car. You will be accurate, numerate and computer literate as well as a team player with excellent organisational skills. Previous experience in Build to Rent is highly desirable.
Basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 and OTE of £30,000 - £40,000.
20 days holiday rising to 25 over a period of time (this excludes Bank Holidays)
