Lettings Branch Manager – Hull
If you are an experienced Lettings Valuer or currently operating as a Lettings Manager, then please pay attention to this rarely available opportunity to join a leading regional Estate Agency.
Duties
- Responsibility for new business development for lettings within the branch
- Carrying out appraisals and obtain instruction and required fee rates
- Actively promote each property and provide feedback of marketing
- Willing to step up and lead the team when needed, including running morning meetings
- Share you experience by mentoring the lettings team
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the lettings department on a day to day basis and lead the office in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Resolve landlord and tenant disputes
- Reporting to and liaising with Branch Manager
- Pro-actively promote services offered to grow portfolio of managed properties
- Creating new business opportunities via canvassing and following up on leads
You
- Successful track record of listing properties and excellent sales skills
- An organized and methodical approach to work
- Dynamic, driven, reliable and committed to success
- Ability to multi task and work with high volumes
- Focused on delivering the highest level of customer service
On Offer
- Circa £50,000 OTE which is uncapped
- Up to £35,000 Basic Salary
- Plus, Car Allowance

- Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and alternate Saturdays 9:30am – 1:00pm
