Lettings Administrator – Chapel Allerton

This is a rare opportunity for someone with little or no property experience to join one of the most recognised and leading Estate Agents in North Leeds, as a Sales Negotiator.
Based in Chapel Allerton, which has a huge variety of amenities to take advantage of before, during and after work, you will be joining a close team who all thrive of helping and developing each other!
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and tenacious with the motivation to progress within the property sector!


  • Take initial enquiries from vendors and arrange market appraisals
  • Register potential buyers and their requirements
  • Book viewings within the diary system
  • Carry out accompanied viewings as required, promoting the features and benefits of the property
  • Encourage and negotiate offers with buyers
  • Update Vendors throughout marketing, letting them know of interest levels, viewing times and advising on marketing plans
  • Market properties to their maximum through written details, social media and use of our own extensive mailing list of buyers
  • Be part of a likeminded team of property professionals to develop marketing strategies, and social media campaign to generate new business
  • Request and obtain customer reviews
  • Greet all current and prospective clients when they enter the office
  • Answer the telephone, deal with all enquiries accordingly and respond to emails
  • Promote our services to vendors and landlords
  • Other duties as required to ensure the growth and smooth running of the company


  • Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience in Estate Agency & Sales progression
  • Full driving licence and use of own car
  • Fantastic customer service and previous sales experience
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise work loads
  • Great communication skills both in person and over the phone/email

  • Annual salary up to £20,000, depending on experience
