JOB DESCRIPTION

Land Buyer – Leeds

 

Benefits

  • £30,000 to £50,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • Extremely generous discretional bonus, paid twice annually
  • Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Duties

  • To source land suitable for the construction of care homes throughout the UK
  • Conduct accurate valuations via desk top research and site visits
  • Negotiate deals on the land sourced and researched
  • Fully package up potential deals to present to the board for approval
  • Networking and maintaining new and old industry contacts

 

You

  • You will have experience dealing with Land transactions
  • Experience as an Estate Agent or Commercial Agent at Valuer level or above
  • Have the understanding of how to build and manage a pipeline
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious
  • Hold a high level of business acumen
  • Have strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Be ambitious and committed, with the drive and determination to develop your skills and knowledge

To be based in the Leeds area, but with travel across most of the UK, our client offer a flexible working pattern with your working week split between time in the Leeds office, time on the road and time working from home. (You will be expected to be in the office in your initial period)

If you have a proven track record of success as an Estate Agent who has dealt with land at valuer level or above or have worked for a developer as a Land Buyer then this could be an incredible next step for you!
