One of the most respected property firms are looking to recruit an Key Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an innovative and forward thinking employer. You will be working from home and covering the Yorkshire region, managing your own diary and delivering on going training and support to partner agents.
To be accountable for maximising all opportunities from Partner agents through the creation of bespoke strategy plans with business owners, hands on training and an individual input through coaching to create leads and contracts. Also, to create and build ongoing relationships to win buy-in from all employees and ensure all branch staff are best equipped to deliver their businesses bespoke strategy plan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·To create a bespoke strategy for each agent to deliver targeted results.
·To meet monthly with all business owners to build key relationships and ensure buy in from all key stakeholders.
·To work closely with Partners within the region to either progress them or organise the handover of them to the internal account management team.
·To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all branch staff to maximise results.
·Conduct specific training with branch managers to help them spot missed opportunities and raise the effectiveness of their team.
·To conduct regular training sessions with your agent’s branch staff and valuers to maximise the level of leads and contracts in line with KPI’s.
·To conduct regular site visits to all agent branches, to build rapport with branch staff and deal with any issues arising.
·To carry out “in branch coaching sessions” to generate leads from branches and demonstrate lead generation techniques to staff.
·To create property target lists to take into all branch visits to develop lead levels.
·To attend key client’s monthly manager meetings.
·Create a regular calendar of external training events for negotiators and valuers to further drive lead and contract levels.
·To co-ordinate the handover of successfully on-boarded Partner agents from the External New Business Team into the External Key Account Management Team.
·To manage your own diary efficiently and effectively to enable you to attend a minimum of 3 appointments per day.
·Nationwide travel and overnight stays can be required to service your agent network and support the wider business.
·Develop and maintain long term relationships with all clients.
·You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the property industry, ideally within valuing and/or the front-line management of staff.
·A proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results within the property sector or a similar sales environment.
·The ability to motivate and coach others to deliver better results.
·Be comfortable with presenting to groups of people and inspiring others to achieve more.
·The confidence to deal with key stakeholders within businesses to develop trust and buy-in.
·Excellent communication and organisational skills to create bespoke strategies for individual agents that are deliverable.
·The ability to create long term and meaningful relationships with key clients.
Basic salary £40,000 with realistic OTE £65,000
