Investment Administrator – Wetherby

Duties

  • Speak to newly registered investors setting them up on the CRM system to effectively receive deals
  • Qualify and sell packaged deals to investors
  • Ensure necessary documentation is in place required to progress a speedy purchase
  • Throughout the sales process maintain ongoing communication with Investors to ensure the sale is progressing
  • Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed and returned
  • Update managers and negotiators on the progression of deals
  • Sharing the responsibility of overseeing the sales progression of every property
  • Manage expectations of all clients with regards to viewings, time scales, marketing, and prices
  • Keep in constant contact with all investors to ensure they are provided with an excellent service and maintain the level of interest of each property
  • Adjust agreement and marketing prices with vendors where appropriate to encourage the sale of the properties
  • Maintain relationships with investors to ensure they receive appropriate lists of investment properties available
  • Follow up with potential new clients as and when required
  • Help maintain spreadsheets with new contract and sales information to ensure we can keep a close eye on current pipeline, sales, profits, and timescales
  • Ensure all new instructions are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Overall support of the department to ensure all processes are adhered to and the department utilises ALL leads to maximise profit potential
  • In conjunction with the Department Manager attend investor shows and client meetings to attract and maintain investors
  • Create property information forms to send to clients

You

  • Strong administration skills and the ability to negotiate are essential
  • Ability to build rapport with others in a short period of time, finding common ground and being able to genuinely connect with people
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring everyone is communicated with thoroughly and efficiently throughout all processes
  • Positive mindset and upbeat attitude, bringing value to both clients and the sales team
  • Experience within sales is desirable, however, a positive attitude to picking up the phone and communicating with people is key
  • Competency with numbers, being able to understand prices, yields, and discounts (training for which will be provided as required)
  • A good attitude towards organisation and efficiency
  • Knowledge within the property industry is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and analyse information and financial figures
